The B&B's gardens were well-maintained and beautiful. The hosts were friendly and offered tea and biscuits upon arrival.- The room was modern, clean, and had a pleasant view.- Breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruit and Irish breakfast.- The hosts were helpful in providing directions and advice for the journey forward.
The location of the B&B was a bit remote and off the beaten path. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, especially in the rooms.

Joe and Noreen at Kilcatten Lodge were the epitome of hospitality. When my partner and I fell ill upon our arrival, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were grateful for their care and support during a difficult time. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast, especially the salmon with scrambled eggs, was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm and accommodating hosts.

Lovely coastal views, great for whale and dolphin spotting, world-class golf course nearby, ideal location for exploring West Cork, adorable labs, impressive customer satisfaction award.
Oh, and the 2 labs that greet you will fill your heart with so much joy, it's a real inconvenience.

The nearby Sea Angling Centre was so much fun, we tried self-drive boats and felt like real sailors! We even caught a shark, talk about adrenaline rush! Timoleague village had the most scenic walks, perfect for Instagram pics. The property is lit for young people, definitely recommend for a fun-filled vacation.
Wish there were more options for young party-goers at night, like a cool club or a place to dance.

We definitely got great value for our money at Kilcatten Lodge. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to charming towns with hidden gems to explore. The staff, Noreen and Joe, treated us like family and were extremely helpful with recommendations. They even let us relax in their beautiful garden by the fire pit in the evening. our stay at Kilcatten Lodge made our visit to Cork even more enjoyable.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.
